Dr. Amy Chow
"Born and raised on a farm in Iowa. Later, I moved to Baton Rouge Louisiana and completed my Bachelors in Animal Science, a Masters in Ruminant Nutrition and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at LSU (c/o 2008).
I have been blessed with two children Benjamin and Mary that keep me on my toes! Being active in church and fellowship are very important to me. In my spare time I love playing tennis, drawing, painting and having adventures with my kids. I have an AMAZING French bulldog named Winston, and usually a revolving door of kitties.
I enjoy challenging Internal Medicine cases, discussions about behavior issues, and decreasing the general fear many pets have about vet visits. "
Dr. Jennifer Keene
I was born next door in Baytown, Texas and graduated from Sterling High School. It was in high school that I spent time at Abshier Meuth Animal Hospital and was inspired by the amazing doctors there to become a veterinarian. I attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelors of Science and then a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. I practiced in Houston for 7 years and then returned to Baytown.
In 2015, we built a home in the Barbers Hill area. I am married to Alan Keene and am the mother of 4 talented and strong-willed children, Georgia, Grant, and twins Carter and Caroline. They keep me very busy with baseball, gymnastics and theatre. We also attend Old River Baptist Church and enjoy our time in worship, fellowship and service. I pray to seek God’s Will in all things and am thankful that His mercy is new every morning!
I am loved by a 15-year-old Golden Retriever, Amos, that is practically perfect in every way and a 1-year old Hound mix, Mathilda, that is far from perfect but darn cute and a 16-year-old cat, Esme, that lives to be loved on.
Office Manager Morgan Oliva transferred from our sister clinic Animal Medical Center of Baytown. She has two pitbull fur-babies Luke & Lexus who she loves dearly. In her spare time she loves to hang out with friends and family.
